On April 16, 2026, a delegation of faculty and student representatives from Hubei University of Automotive Technology, along with leaders from the Zengdu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Suizhou City, visited Sinotruk Hubei Huawin Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. to carry out a special "Enterprise Visit and Job Expansion" activity. The event was aimed at deepening university-enterprise cooperation.
At 11:00 a.m., the symposium for the "Enterprise Visit and Job Expansion" activity was officially held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company's marketing building
During the meeting, Li Xiaohong from the company's Human Resources Department provided a detailed introduction to the company's development history, main business lines, talent needs, and recruitment policies. As a backbone enterprise in the special-purpose vehicle industry, Huawin Company has always placed talent team building at a strategic level, continuously optimizing its talent introduction and training mechanisms to provide a broad career development platform for university graduates.
Luo Yahui, Member of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union of the company, focused on the company's development layout in areas such as new energy special-purpose vehicles and intelligent manufacturing, as well as its talent reserve plan for the next three years, in line with the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" development strategy. He noted that Hubei University of Automotive Technology, as a renowned university in the automotive industry, has a curriculum that closely matches the company's business. He expressed the hope that both sides would establish a long-term cooperation mechanism in talent cultivation, internships and practical training, and scientific research collaboration.

They stated that they would continue to build a government-university-enterprise matching platform to provide comprehensive services and guarantees for both enterprise talent acquisition and graduate employment.
During the free exchange session, representatives from the university and the enterprise engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as job requirements, professional matching, and internship base construction, reaching multiple cooperation consensuses.
After the symposium, the visiting guests, accompanied by company leaders, toured the production workshop, R&D center, and corporate culture exhibition hall, gaining firsthand insight into Huawin Company's production processes, technological R&D strength, and achievements in corporate culture development. The advanced manufacturing equipment, rigorous quality management system, and strong atmosphere of innovation left a deep impression on the faculty and students.
