The chassis adopts CATL lithium iron phosphate batteries with a capacity of ≥190 kWh and a range of 207 km, truly achieving zero emissions and low noise. The superstructure features an anti-swirl design with an actual tank volume of 12 m³. The tank body is made of high-strength steel (4 mm cylinder / 5 mm head), ensuring robust durability. The sprinkling width is ≥14 m, the high-pressure spray gun range is ≥38 m, and the water pump delivers a flow rate of 50 m³/h with a head of 110 m, ensuring high operational efficiency. The superstructure control system is located on the driver's side of the main cab, featuring an integrated electronic screen (push-button) control. It is equipped with a low-water-level voice alarm and a transparent liquid level gauge for convenient and safe operation. The VGD95 self-adjusting arm front axle and MCX16ZG self-adjusting arm dual rear axle with a 5.451 ratio offer strong load-bearing capacity and reliable braking performance. The double-layer frame structure (8+8/300) and front/rear reinforced multi-leaf springs (10/12 leaves) meet the demands of 20-ton hooklift operations.
