On the morning of January 7, Sinotruk Hubei Huawin convened the 2026 Production and Operations Comprehensive Launch Mobilization Conference themed "Fight for the First Quarter, Strive for a Winning Start." Mr. Huang Huang, Member of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered a mobilization speech. Ms. Luo Yahui, Member of the Party Committee and Chairperson of the Labor Union, conveyed the guiding principles from the mobilization conferences of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, "Fight for the First Quarter, Gather Strength for a New Beginning," and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Sinotruk), "Embark on a New Journey • Plan a New Chapter • Strive for a Winning Start in the First Season."
At the conference, General Manager Huang Huang made important remarks. He first fully affirmed the company's achievements in 2025 regarding market expansion, technological innovation, and cost reduction/efficiency improvement. On behalf of the company's Party Committee and leadership team, he expressed sincere gratitude to every Huawin employee for their dedicated efforts.
While reviewing the work of the past year, General Manager Huang provided an in-depth analysis of the domestic and international economic situation. He outlined both the challenges and opportunities facing the company in 2026. He demanded all cadres and employees to focus on breakthroughs in niche markets, strive towards the high-end market, deeply leverage differentiated advantages, and seize growth opportunities within the existing competitive landscape. He emphasized the imperative to secure a winning start in the first quarter, laying a solid foundation for accomplishment of the full year's objectives。
To ensure a successful launch of operations in 2026, the conference set forth the following key requirements:

During the meeting, heads of Sinotruk Huawin's major departments successively made statements of commitment.
On behalf of the Labor Union, Ms. Luo Yahui, Member of the Party Committee and Union Chairperson, stated that the Union would fully support logistical guarantees, launch specialized labor competitions, and establish a special "Winning Start" award to address the concerns of frontline employees.
