WARRIOR Company Holds 2025 First Quarter "Quality Excellence Awards" Recognition Ceremony

To motivate employees' active participation in quality improvement and establish role models in quality management,
the Party-Mass Work Department and Quality Department jointly organized the "Quality Excellence Awards" ceremony on April 11.
Hu Baolin, the company’s Quality Department Director, presented certificates of honor and awards to three outstanding employees
from the Dump Truck Division, Quality Department, and Semi-trailer Division.
The selection criteria focused on employees’ tangible contributions to quality enhancement. The awardees demonstrated exceptional
achievements in reducing quality defect rates, strengthening quality audit rectification controls, and improving welding processes.
Director Hu commended the recipients’ accomplishments and emphasized that "quality is the lifeblood of corporate development,"
urging all employees to follow these exemplary practices and continuously elevate quality awareness and standards.
By recognizing exemplary performers and incentivizing excellence, the event reinforced the company’s cultural ethos of "
