To drive the in-depth development of enterprise digitalization and intelligentization, Huawin Company's Information Center conducted a specialized training titled "DeepSeek Empowerment for Workplace Applications - From Prompt Engineering to Multi-scenario Implementation" for department-level and above managerial staff on March 22. The training demonstrated AI tool DeepSeek's workplace applications, equipping management with core functionalities and practical skills.
Adopting a "theoretical knowledge combined with hands-on practice" approach, the program focused on four key scenarios: office operations, data analysis, prompt design, and creative production. In office scenarios, DeepSeek optimizes workflows through color scheme optimization, intelligent document proofreading, one-click chart generation, and automated document drafting, effectively reducing repetitive tasks and enhancing collaboration efficiency.
For data-driven decision making, the training showcased DeepSeek's capabilities in sales forecasting, market analysis, and customer profiling. The tool enables multi-dimensional data comparison and dynamic report generation to support managerial decision-making processes.
In creative production, the RTGO (Rational Task-oriented Goal-oriented Output) prompt design framework was introduced to guide command model construction. This facilitates batch creation of business materials including PPTs, marketing posters, video scripts, and social media copywriting, effectively reducing production costs while optimizing communication outcomes.
Huawin Company continues to prioritize technological trends in AI and big data. Through case studies and practical demonstrations, this training enhanced management's operational proficiency with DeepSeek while deepening their understanding of AI-digital integration. The initiative aims to improve digital tool utilization across the organization, ultimately driving cost-efficiency improvements and promoting sustainable business development.
