To enhance employees' practical workplace skills, the Information Center recently conducted an on-site DeepSeek Office Skills practical training session. During the training, the Information Center demonstrated how to utilize DeepSeek's intelligent generation functionality to create PPT templates based on given textual content. This feature provides specific recommendations and solutions encompassing page layout optimization, text formatting, chart design, and color scheme coordination. Employees were guided to customize these templates according to their needs, thereby streamlining
the PPT creation process and improving work efficiency.
Additionally, the Information Center showcased DeepSeek's applications in report writing, data processing, and graphic material creation. These demonstrations helped participants quickly master tool utilization to address real-world work challenges and enhance overall office productivity.
